Hiring Our Walkers
Prospective walkers go through an extensive screening process before joining the Chicago Dog Walkers team.
After a successful interview with our general manager, the candidate must pass a full background check. Upon completion, the potential hire accompanies one of our seasoned employees for a day and are carefully evaluated on how they conduct themselves in the field- both with our clients and their pets.
If the Shadowing Day is successful, the new employee attends our orientation program, specifically designed to underscore home security, pet safety and our high-quality standards of service.
